About the role
- As a Product Engineer specializing in Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), you will ensure the long-term performance, reliability, and manufacturability of complex semiconductor products.
- You will work across the full lifecycle, acting as the technical anchor between design, test, fabrication, assembly, and quality teams.
- Driving product industrialization by ensuring robust manufacturability, testability, and yield performance of ASIC products.
- Analyzing yield, reliability data, and test results to detect trends, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Supporting design, process, and test engineering to resolve failures, qualification issues, or performance deviations.
- Monitoring and improving the production flow through statistical methods, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborating closely with external manufacturing partners, test houses, and internal cross-functional teams to secure smooth product ramp-up and stable performance in mass production.
Requirements
- You hold a Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related domain
- You have strong understanding of digital and analog electronic circuits, semiconductor device behavior, and ASIC architectures
- You bring experience with ASIC development flows, including test, characterization, qualification, and failure analysis
- You are familiar with semiconductor manufacturing environments (wafer fab, packaging, assembly, EWS/ATE test)
- You possess knowledge of statistical analysis, SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, or data-driven root cause methodologies
