About the role
- Leading the Mechanical Engineering practice, including strategic planning, resource management, and performance monitoring to ensure operational excellence and business growth.
- Building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing proposals to expand service offerings in the mechanical engineering domain.
- Mentoring and developing a team of mechanical engineers, fostering innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Establishing best practices, methodologies, and quality standards for mechanical engineering projects across various industries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other practice leaders to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong technical background in product design, simulation, manufacturing processes, and materials science.
- Proven success in business development, client management, and engineering practice growth.
- Experience managing complex engineering projects across industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or industrial manufacturing.
