About the role

  • Leads the development and implementation process of the company’s products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new and/or existing products or services.
  • Oversee performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements.
  • Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.
  • Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts.
  • Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership experience in consulting or related fields.
  • In-depth understanding of industry requirements and business environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in consulting tools, project management tools, and solution design frameworks.
