About the role
- Develop and manage a detailed work breakdown structure and convert it into a resource-driven project schedule
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and dependencies to remove roadblocks
- Lead a global team in performing data analysis, data aggregation, and reporting services
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed contribution margin targets
- Set and manage client expectations, escalating and resolving issues as needed
- Create and execute a comprehensive communication plan, including status reporting and client/internal review sessions
- Oversee both business and technical components of client projects to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Ensure team compliance with company processes, methodologies, and initiatives
- Apply technical expertise in data analysis, reporting, and analytics
- Utilize healthcare coding standards and tools such as ICD-10 diagnosis codes, CPT codes, RxNorm codes, and HCPCS codes to support data-driven healthcare solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience managing data-related projects
- Demonstrated success in leading global teams
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical consulting or services industry
- Experience managing data in the specialty pharmaceutical drug industry
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud operations and cloud-ready data technologies
- Experience working with healthcare data standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, RxNorm, HCPCS)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Six Sigma
- CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
