About the role

  • Processing of payroll run and all other processes within the cycle, rectifying errors as they occur and escalating if appropriate
  • Executes annual processes e.g. taxation
  • Oversee the reconciliation of payroll costing and interface files
  • Execute and implement HR practices in benefits to comply with objectives
  • Administer all management/non-management benefits as per policy
  • Facilitate with the benefit administrator for annual medical check up
  • Creation and management of Purchase Orders and contracts with HR related agencies
  • Employee profiles and documents management
  • Provides specialist technical expertise through the processing of payroll data

Requirements

  • More than 3 years’ experience in payroll or other related HR Field
  • Good knowledge on labour laws and company’s HR policies & practices
  • Working level of English required
  • Proven track record of on time in full delivery
  • Solid analytical skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Inter-personal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
