About the role
- Processing of payroll run and all other processes within the cycle, rectifying errors as they occur and escalating if appropriate
- Executes annual processes e.g. taxation
- Oversee the reconciliation of payroll costing and interface files
- Execute and implement HR practices in benefits to comply with objectives
- Administer all management/non-management benefits as per policy
- Facilitate with the benefit administrator for annual medical check up
- Creation and management of Purchase Orders and contracts with HR related agencies
- Employee profiles and documents management
- Provides specialist technical expertise through the processing of payroll data
Requirements
- More than 3 years’ experience in payroll or other related HR Field
- Good knowledge on labour laws and company’s HR policies & practices
- Working level of English required
- Proven track record of on time in full delivery
- Solid analytical skills and high level of attention to detail
- Inter-personal communication skills
- Computer literacy
