About the role

  • Develop and advocate architecture strategy – define enterprise architecture vision, roadmap and strategic guardrails and communicate them at executive level
  • Analyze and translate business requirements – capture and assess strategic requirements and convert them into actionable architecture and solution designs
  • Drive change management – lead technology-driven change initiatives and support the adoption of new architectures through targeted change measures
  • Lead technology strategy & innovation – evaluate new technologies, promote innovative solutions and design cloud-native and hybrid architectures
  • Lead large-scale cloud transformations – plan and manage cloud migration and modernization programs, aligning them with security and compliance objectives
  • Design hybrid architectures – integrate on-premises systems with cloud platforms and define scalable, interoperable operating models
  • Ensure governance & compliance – establish architecture governance, lead architecture reviews and monitor risks and quality standards
  • Lead cross-functional architecture teams – coach senior architects, lead teams and represent architecture in strategic committees

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership roles within enterprise architecture (at least 8–10 years)
  • Solid background in cloud infrastructure, hybrid environments and digital transformation
  • Expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management and strategic planning
  • Successful track record in implementing change processes and driving adoption of new technologies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at CxO and director level
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe or equivalent qualifications are a plus
