About the role
- As part of the team, you contribute your expertise and experience to capturing customer requirements and designing IT architectures based on Siemens Teamcenter.
- You analyze existing systems, document business processes and derive corresponding IT processes.
- Together with developers, you implement customer requirements through configuration and customization within an internationally staffed and distributed team.
- You identify new areas of action, propose optimizations and present innovative solution approaches.
Requirements
- Solid education & PLM experience: Degree in engineering, computer science or business informatics and several years of experience as a Solution Architect in PLM areas such as BOM, document and change management, as well as CAD and SAP integration.
- Expertise in Siemens Teamcenter: In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter and Active Workspace.
- Technical know-how: Strong skills in scripting languages, version control and ALM tools.
- Methodological competence & certifications: Experience with modeling methods and tools, and ideally TOGAF certification.
- Soft skills & mobility: Strong analytical and communication skills, a passion for IT consulting in an engineering environment, willingness to travel, and business-fluent German and English.
