About the role

  • Lead and manage development projects in the field of driver assistance systems (ADAS) and Highly Automated Driving (HAD).
  • Successfully deliver projects for Level 2 and Level 3 ADAS/HAD functions.
  • Independently plan, control and execute projects, including schedule, budget and quality monitoring.
  • Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders and promote cross-team collaboration.
  • Set up new projects and client relationships, and support the further development of methods and processes in the ADAS domain.
  • Identify and manage project risks and perform capacity and budget planning.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the automotive ADAS environment, particularly in function development (>5 years).
  • Proven experience leading and successfully delivering projects in driver assistance and highly automated driving.
  • Familiarity with common ADAS sensor technologies and functions such as ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) and active safety features (e.g., WBA).
  • Strong skills in project management, risk management and process optimization.
  • Customer-focused mindset and experience in building new projects and client relationships.
  • Confident use of methods and tools for project management and collaboration (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office).
