About the role
- Process analysis and business requirements management for production processes in Pharma Operations such as compounding, filling and packaging, and advising on best practices for designing pharmaceutical production recipes.
- Design, development and maintenance of production recipes in the MES system Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma, taking into account regulatory requirements such as GMP and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Testing and validating interface configurations, e.g., integrating the MES with process automation systems such as PLC and SCADA, and validating recipe logic in simulated production environments.
- Preparation of work instructions, validation documentation and manufacturing records, as well as execution of quality checks.
- Active collaboration within the global project team and the MES community to drive continuous improvement and standardization.
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Experience in modeling Master Batch Records with Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma.
- Solid knowledge of GxP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills for complex project tasks, combined with analytical thinking, a structured approach and the ability to translate complex processes into digital models.
