About the role
- Leverages in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to gain market share and increase operational efficiencies
- Provides technical and consultative leadership for Consulting technical solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements
- Understanding the customer’s strategic, organizational and business challenges and offers solutions as they relate to the future business environment and operational objectives
- Works closely with Sales, pre-sales, project managers, other consulting team members, and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode
- Leads solution and proposal development once project goals and objectives have been defined
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership experience in consulting or related fields
- In-depth understanding of industry requirements and business environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in consulting tools, project management tools, and solution design frameworks
