About the role
- Analyze pharmaceutical production processes (e.g., compounding, filling, packaging) and derive and manage business requirements in a regulated life-sciences environment.
- Design, further develop and maintain production recipes in the MES system Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite, taking into account regulatory requirements such as GMP and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Provide consulting on best practices in recipe design and perform validation and testing of recipe logic in simulated production environments.
- Configure and test interfaces, particularly for process automation (e.g., PLC, SCADA), including quality assurance.
- Prepare work instructions, validation documentation and manufacturing records, and actively collaborate within the global project team and MES community.
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific or technical discipline or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in modeling Master Batch Records using Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite.
- Solid knowledge of GxP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills for complex project tasks, combined with analytical thinking, a structured approach and the ability to translate complex processes into digital models.
