About the role
- Development and implementation of GenAI-based solutions to automate pharmaceutical formulations and testing processes (e.g., using Neo4j, LangGraph Agents, RAG approaches).
- Analysis and semantic interpretation of formulation data, incorporating scientific ontologies to improve compliance and process validation.
- Design, construction and maintenance of knowledge graphs and dynamic knowledge repositories to support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as Rockwell PharmaSuite, PAS‑X, and Siemens OpCenter Pharma.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary Digital Engineering teams to define functional specifications and enable automated code generation.
- Support for the standardization of MES processes using GenAI-based approaches in cooperation with leading pharmaceutical companies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science or a related field.
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production, operations or R&D.
- Solid knowledge of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, Neo4j) and their application in the pharmaceutical context.
- Experience with regulatory requirements (GxP, compliance documentation) and understanding of their impact on the integration of automated systems.
- Strong team skills, excellent communication, and a high degree of initiative.
