About the role

  • Individual customer consultation: Delight our customers with professional, personalised fragrance advice in accordance with the exclusive guidelines of BYREDO and Penhaligon's.
  • Sales responsibility: Ensure the successful sale of our premium products and independently achieve the counter's sales targets.
  • Stock management: Keep inventory under constant review and ensure availability of testers and other essential sales materials.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships: Continuously develop new customer relationships and ensure our regular customers are always happy to return to the niche counter.
  • Sales promotion: Plan and execute sales-promoting activities and organise counter operations to be efficient and customer-focused.
  • Product presentation: Ensure our products are always presented in line with the brand image and brand guidelines.
  • Staff scheduling: Prepare the digital work schedule three months in advance.
  • Reporting: Regular reporting to the Regional Retail Manager on counter development using standard KPIs is a matter of course for you.

Requirements

  • Education & experience: You have completed commercial training in retail or hold a comparable qualification and bring solid professional experience selling premium brands, particularly in fragrances.
  • Service orientation: You are communicative and personable; a strong service mindset and high customer focus are especially important to you.
  • Sales professional: You are an enthusiastic sales professional (m/f/d) with good manners and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Administrative skills: You have experience in administrative tasks such as preparing inventory reports and sales analyses.
  • IT skills: You are confident using MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Flexibility: You are flexible regarding working hours and weekend shifts.
  • Languages: Good German and English skills are required; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
