About the role
- Lead one of the two Finance & CFO Advisory work areas
- Define and evolve offerings, playbooks, and toolkits
- Ensure high-quality delivery across engagements
- Embed best practices and achieve operational business performance objectives
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Contribute to the leadership of the Enterprise Model & Strategy Team
- Collaborate across Capgemini to deliver integrated solutions and client outcomes
- Lead/contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, and client pitch contribution
Requirements
- Proven experience of working directly with C-level executives in a consulting context
- Experience across at least two target industries (Public Sector, Energy Transition & Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences, or Technology, Media, Telecoms & Services)
- Proven experience designing actionable finance strategy, finance target operating models and performance architectures
- Expert knowledge of finance performance improvement techniques
- Experience shaping and leading cost performance programmes
- Experience of proposition building and delivery
- Proven ability to generate approximately £2m of consulting revenues (Director level)
- Experience in major Consulting firm or substantial Consulting background
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
