About the role
- Engaging customer and providing inputs to shape AI strategy
- Building teams based on the AI Strategy and lead the programs to deliver outcomes
- Help customer build AI strategy and lead the transition of traditional AI/GenAI and AI engineering work to India under the GCC initiative
- Build and manage high-performing teams (~45–50 resources) across Bangalore and Hyderabad
- Optimize pyramid structure and improve Contribution Margin%
- Lead big bets in Agentic AI, centralized Data & AI COE, and enterprise transformation programs
- Define KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML and Analytics
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Agentic AI and GenAI technologies
- Experience in managing fixed rate card delivery models and optimizing cost structures
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to build and lead Centers of Excellence (COEs)
