About the role
- Manage projects or project-related activities within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Lead the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and client acceptance
- Collaborate with external clients/customers to ensure technical compatibility and successful delivery
- Oversee installation, configuration, and acceptance of capital equipment, enterprise software, or integrated systems
- Coordinate cross‑functional and interdepartmental teams to ensure timely and budget‑aligned delivery
- Mediate internal conflicts and resolve competing priorities across teams
- Ensure project deliverables meet contractual, technical, and compliance requirements
- Analyze complex issues involving multiple variables and propose effective solutions
- Determine methods, processes, and procedures for new or unfamiliar project assignments
- Apply judgment in selecting, adapting, and evaluating advanced techniques to accomplish project goals
- Ensure completed work aligns with departmental and organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal
- Advanced, wide‑ranging professional knowledge with strong business and technical acumen
- Ability to develop, refine, and resolve complex project models, procedures, and frameworks
- Strong understanding of interrelationships among technical, operational, and business disciplines
- Ability to apply existing principles and contribute to the development of new processes and ideas
- Proven ability to creatively solve complex issues and deliver effective outcomes
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills for selecting and adapting techniques and methods
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership capability managing cross‑functional teams
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to drive alignment in ambiguous environments
