About the role

  • Manage projects or project-related activities within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Lead the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and client acceptance
  • Collaborate with external clients/customers to ensure technical compatibility and successful delivery
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and acceptance of capital equipment, enterprise software, or integrated systems
  • Coordinate cross‑functional and interdepartmental teams to ensure timely and budget‑aligned delivery
  • Mediate internal conflicts and resolve competing priorities across teams
  • Ensure project deliverables meet contractual, technical, and compliance requirements
  • Analyze complex issues involving multiple variables and propose effective solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Advanced, wide‑ranging professional knowledge with strong business and technical acumen
  • Ability to develop, refine, and resolve complex project models, procedures, and frameworks
  • Strong understanding of interrelationships among technical, operational, and business disciplines
  • Ability to apply existing principles and contribute to the development of new processes and ideas
  • Proven ability to creatively solve complex issues and deliver effective outcomes
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills for selecting and adapting techniques and methods
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership capability managing cross‑functional teams
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to drive alignment in ambiguous environments
