About the role

  • be a key member of the Process Validation team
  • focusing on aseptic production validation activities
  • determining and improving Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) strategies
  • writing comprehensive APS protocols and reports that meet Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards
  • preparing materials for APS runs and ensuring all necessary components are available
  • analyzing validation results and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • training operational teams on aseptic techniques and validation procedures
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure validation activities align with production schedules
  • contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the validation department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in process validation, preferably in aseptic pharmaceutical environments
  • Expertise in media-fill validation and aseptic techniques
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and their application in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Good project coordination skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to write clear and compliant validation documentation
