About the role
- Maintain and update the repository of sales materials (boilerplate, presentations, references)
- Collect and organize customer references and success stories
- Ensure consistency and quality of materials
- Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for bids, client meetings and other sales-related contexts
- Provide support for customer visits and sales-related events (logistics, coordination)
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Good command of English and German (min. B2)
- Experience or strong interest in marketing and sales support activities
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
