About the role
- Management of separately contracted and delivered IT services to ensure they consistently operate together.
- Ensuring SI services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction with the required contribution margin.

Requirements
- Ability to support building a sales pipeline for SI opportunities
- Ability to communicate visions, goals and priorities for a new business model
- Leadership presence with credibility, assertiveness and persuasiveness toward clients, third parties and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record in delivering services that develop, maintain and improve client relationships and a consultative approach to delivering and positioning new services
- Understanding of SLAs, required performance indicators and contractual obligations for managing contracts and client relationships
- Excellent consulting skills
- Strong business development skills
- Understanding of the Service Integration framework and its context
- Knowledge of governance models
- Knowledge of IT organizational models
- Collaborative approach to foster intra-BU and inter-BU partnerships
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong commercial, financial and business awareness
- Experience in IT outsourcing
- Relevant industry knowledge
- Experience in risk management
- Excellent communication skills
- High learning agility
- Desirable: knowledge of the Service Integration discipline
- A university degree or equivalent qualification
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying complex solutions up to board level
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Quick comprehension, innovative thinking combined with creativity
- Collaboration, team orientation and ability to motivate teams
- Strategic thinking with pragmatism and analytical skills
