About the role
- Own the overall solution architecture designing scalable high performance systems
- Lead technical teams mentor junior developers enforce Guidewire best practices
- Architect and manage complex integrations with external systems using Guidewire APIs
- Drive cloud adoption GWCP manage onpremise to cloud migrations
- Work with business analysts QA and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews ensure system performance manage technical debt
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Guidewire products CC PC BC and their underlying architecture
- Strong command of Gosu Java and integration technologies APIs web services
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP for Guidewire deployments
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and largescale project delivery
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder influencing skills
