About the role
- Manage Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment using an Agile delivery approach
- Create, manage, and revise detailed project plans to meet evolving needs
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources
- Drive day to day project execution and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Conduct engagement reviews and adhere to quality assurance standards
- Identify project resources and assign tasks effectively
- Review team deliverables prior to client submission
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, leadership, and clients
- Guide clients on solution design, trade offs, risks, and impacts
- Effectively apply formal delivery methodologies and enforce project standards
- Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks
- Learn new Salesforce products quickly in a high paced environment
- Support pre sales activities including presentations and solution demos
Requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce Contact Center experience required, including but not limited to: Omni Channel, Service Cloud Voice, Chat, Email-to-Case
- 2–15+ years managing IT projects involving the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Architect track preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Project Management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Participation in 5+ full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
- Successful management and delivery of 2–10 Salesforce implementation projects
- Must be local to the New York City area
