About the role

  • Design, architect, and maintain Oracle‑based solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into robust technical designs
  • Ensure performance optimization , scalability, and security across Oracle solutions
  • Provide technical leadership , coaching, and mentorship to development teams
  • Perform code reviews , ensuring compliance with best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle-related issues in a timely manner
  • Stay current with the latest Oracle APEX , database, and cloud ecosystem trends and capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience working with Oracle technologies
  • Strong expertise in SQL , PL/SQL , and Oracle Database architectures
  • Solid understanding of performance tuning, data modeling, and database optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving , analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience with Oracle APEX is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs is an advantage
  • English level B2/C1
