About the role
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales and business development strategies
- Targeted market positioning of the Data&AI portfolio
- Identifying and developing new Data&AI business opportunities from first contact through project initiation
- Developing strategic partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, Google, SAP, Databricks and Snowflake
- Supporting C-level decision makers in transformation initiatives driven by Data&AI
- Contributing to commercial proposals (RFPs)
- Acting as an ambassador for Capgemini, supporting clients with data-driven solutions
Requirements
- Solid experience with Data&AI portfolios or solutions
- Strong background in sales and/or business development
- Ideally experience in industries such as Life Sciences, Automotive, Manufacturing, High Tech or Telco
- Analytical thinking and confident stakeholder management
- Good communication and writing skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel for project-related work
- Values-driven approach
- Team-oriented, collaborative working style
- Previous consulting experience preferred
