Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows O/S (Windows 11, Windows 10)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intune/ SCCM experience
- Understanding of LAN/WAN/vLAN and Wi-Fi technologies
- Knowledge of security and disk encryption using bit locker
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange environment and email client configuration
- Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software (ServiceNow)
- Understanding of Scripting technologies such as PowerShell, VB Scripting, and batch Files
