About the role
- Provide BAU support of the SAN environment and Backup environment
- Maintain documentation and Produce management reports
- Implement changes according to client change management process
- Manage Backups (end to end configuration, rerunning failed backups)
- Disaster recovery testing and Tape Management/Rotation
Requirements
- Familiarity with SAN Switch Management commands (Brocade, and Cisco)
- Storage Management software skills (HP and EMC Storage including Powerstore, Isilon, ECS, and Unity)
- Brocade and Cisco SAN switches experience
- Familiarity with SNOW Incident and Change Management
- Familiarity with Veritas Netbackup
