Gather and document business and functional requirements for AEM implementations
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and wireframes
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups in Agile, Scrum environments
Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging
Ensure AEM solutions align with digital strategy, SEO accessibility, and performance standards

Requirements

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in AEM projects
Strong understanding of AEM architecture components, templates, workflows, and DAM
Experience in Agile, Scrum environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and wireframing tools
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
