- Assists in Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Works with team members with a Can do will do attitude to achieve project milestones
- Authors Design and Forms Document requirement specifications
- Collaborates with technical team on solution strategy and rollout plans
- Develops and documents branding style guidelines and forms design
- Develops forms designs and specifications including mapping logic templates layouts
- Documents forms processing and policy assembly requirements order flow rules output needs etc
- Analyzes form exceptions to support automation or manual workflows
- Supports usability and UX improvements for forms and branding consistency
- Works with SMEs business users supports DevQA teams
- Contributes to post project reviews
- Shows initiative in learning Exstream modules and vertical solutions
- Responsible for continuous technical personal development
- Works with developers to produce reusable requirement design documentation
- Supports development testing executes projects using Agile Scrum
Requirements
- 10 years of IT experience
- Strong verbal written communication
- Logical and analytical problem solving skills
- Positive client service attitude
- Experience in reverse engineering documenting Documerge CSF templates
- Technical expertise XMLXSD Schema
- OpenText Exstream
