About the role

  • support the design and optimization of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits processes within HR transformation programs
  • work closely with HR teams, delivery organizations and technology partners
  • assess current practices and define future-state operating models
  • contribute to implementation activities
  • improve process efficiency, compliance and user experience across the R2P domain
  • participate in end-to-end assessments of HR/R2P processes
  • prepare clear, user-friendly documentation including process maps, SOPs and assessment reports
  • support change management activities
  • analyze HR data to measure process performance
  • define KPIs and support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in HR transformation with strong exposure to Payroll and/or Compensation & Benefits
  • Ability to map, analyze and redesign end-to-end HR processes
  • Understanding of HR compliance, regulatory requirements and risk management
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR-related data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good command of English.
