About the role

  • Support for the HR Operations team
  • Advising employees on all personnel-related questions and concerns
  • Independent handling of all administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Preparation, management and dispatch of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and references – predominantly digital via e-signature
  • Maintenance and assurance of an accurate and up-to-date personnel data base and working with systems such as SAP and DocuSign
  • Careful maintenance of personnel files on-site and close cooperation with the works council

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, Social Sciences with a focus on HR, or a comparable field of study
  • Structured and independent working style, strong commitment and attention to detail
  • Conscientious and reliable approach with a high sense of responsibility when handling personal data
  • Business-fluent German and good command of English
  • Good MS Office skills
