About the role
- Responsible for preparing, executing, coordinating and validating vehicle road/rolling tests
- Lead activities required to ensure that tests meet performance, safety, quality and regulatory compliance objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, test centers and suppliers

- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle stress and manage unforeseen situations during tests

- Experience conducting rolling tests (digital and physical) or similar activities
- Good knowledge of Stellantis milestones, the SOD process and testing methodologies
- Understanding of automotive regulatory constraints
- Ability to analyze test results and write clear, structured reports
- Comfortable leading meetings and communicating with multidisciplinary teams
- Availability for frequent travel to test sites
