About the role

  • You will support the various websites for product launches and campaign activations (e-merchandising, editorial pages, brand/universe pages, etc.)
  • You will assist in developing campaign activations and product launches (briefing, project follow-up with agencies, etc.)
  • You will assist with e-commerce activity analysis (sales tracking and customer journey analysis)
  • You will maintain ongoing e-commerce monitoring and conduct benchmarks of competitors' activations and promotions
  • You will take part in monitoring site updates and report any bugs encountered
  • You will be involved in operations follow-up (inventory management, customer service follow-up, etc.)

Requirements

  • Ideally you have previous experience in e-commerce
  • Master's degree level (M1/M2) in e-business, digital, or marketing
  • Languages: Fluent French and English; Spanish is a plus
  • Skills:
  • You have an appreciation for the luxury sector, particularly fragrances
  • You have excellent organizational skills, are autonomous and take initiative
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with commerce management tools (e.g., Hybris) is a strong plus
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
