About the role
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP FICO solutions across multiple geographies
- Lead end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report processes
- Drive financial close activities
- Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops with finance stakeholders
- Ensure seamless integration of FICO with SAP MM, SD, PS, and other modules
- Create and maintain functional documentation including configuration documents
- Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT) for finance processes
- Support country‑specific tax, regulatory, and statutory compliance
- Provide thought leadership for finance transformation
- Drive cutover and data migration activities
- Conduct end‑user training and hypercare support
- Oversee audit‑related activities
