About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer experience use cases into technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain scalable, reusable customer data models using XDM standards
  • Design data ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming, API-based)
  • Leverage data distiller to perform post-ingestion data preparation in AEP
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define identity strategies
  • Support segmentation, personalization, journey orchestration, and real-time decisioning
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and privacy compliance across data pipelines
  • Lead performance optimization and troubleshooting for AEP platform components
  • Create architectural documentation, data flow diagrams, and reference architectures
  • Stay current with Adobe product roadmap, industry practices, and emerging standards in customer data platforms

Requirements

  • 15 + Years of experience
  • Led the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Solid hands-on experience on AEP and app services
  • Proven expertise in data modelling, ETL
  • Good understanding of overall Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
  • Certifications in AEP and App Services
  • Solid understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, and segmentation strategies
  • Experience with data integration (APIs, ETL, batch, streaming) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and modern data environments
