About the role
- Managing and resolving discrepancies related to transactions, payments, and customer accounts
- Handling customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Investigating and analyzing financial data to identify root causes of disputes and ensure accurate resolution
- Supporting users with financial systems and tools, including SAP
- Keeping detailed documentation of all interactions and resolutions for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements
- Experience in finance-related roles (e.g., invoice processing, order management, bookkeeping)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in German and English at B2 level
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
