About the role

  • Lead and manage the enterprise Vulnerability Management program
  • Oversee vulnerability identification, assessment, remediation tracking, and closure
  • Implement and maintain risk-based prioritization frameworks
  • Drive Threat Intelligence collection, analysis, and operationalization
  • Coordinate closely with SOC and Incident Response teams
  • Act as a trusted security partner for IT, DevOps, Cloud, and Business teams
  • Ensure security operations align with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and advanced security tooling.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of overall IT experience
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Security / Cybersecurity Operations
  • Strong expertise in vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7
  • In-depth knowledge of Threat Intelligence platforms and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, OpenCTI, Anomali or similar)
  • Experience with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar) and EDR tools
  • Solid understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and application security principles
  • Experience with automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
