About the role
- Lead and manage the enterprise Vulnerability Management program
- Oversee vulnerability identification, assessment, remediation tracking, and closure
- Implement and maintain risk-based prioritization frameworks
- Drive Threat Intelligence collection, analysis, and operationalization
- Coordinate closely with SOC and Incident Response teams
- Act as a trusted security partner for IT, DevOps, Cloud, and Business teams
- Ensure security operations align with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and advanced security tooling.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Security / Cybersecurity Operations
- Strong expertise in vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7
- In-depth knowledge of Threat Intelligence platforms and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, OpenCTI, Anomali or similar)
- Experience with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar) and EDR tools
- Solid understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and application security principles
- Experience with automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
