About the role

  • Drive the full lifecycle of service transitions, ensuring seamless movement of processes, people, and operations between locations or providers
  • Coordinate all transition activities, safeguard service continuity, and maintain strong communication with both internal and client stakeholders
  • Shape transition solutions in collaboration with bid teams, architects, and solution specialists
  • Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level — defining the transition approach, scope, milestones, risks, contingency plans, financials, and resource needs
  • Identify changes in scope, secure client agreement, and recognize opportunities to extend or improve services
  • Contribute to proposals, create compelling value propositions, and partner with transformation teams to align transition solutions with Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM) standards

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in service transitions, preferably in third-party environments across organizations
  • Strong delivery experience and a clear understanding of transition methodologies, risks, governance models, and client-facing activities
  • Solid background in Project Management, experience managing transition programs end-to-end, and exposure to solutioning activities, RFP participation, bid processes, and transition plan design
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Green Belt are an advantage but not mandatory
  • Confidently articulate transition approaches, challenges, and best practices
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that milestones, deliverables, and KPIs are met
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain quality while working in fast-paced, global project environments.
