About the role
- Supporting daily production activities in forging, casting, or additive manufacturing processes
- Assisting with process optimization, including tooling, parameters, and workflow improvements
- Performing basic material analysis and quality checks (visual inspection, dimensional control, basic NDT support)
- Conducting root cause analysis and supporting corrective actions when issues occur
- Helping prepare technical documentation, work instructions, and process reports
- Collaborating with production operators and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Participating in trials, prototyping, and new product introduction activities
- Assisting in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Metallurgical Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience or recent graduate with internship/project experience in manufacturing environments
- Basic understanding of metallurgy, manufacturing processes, or 3D printing
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX)
- Interest in process engineering, quality, or industrial production
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a production/workshop environment
- Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
