About the role

  • Responsible for managing the deployment of a maintenance module at a major pharmaceutical site.
  • Leading the multidisciplinary project team across all phases including planning, confirmation, design, build, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensuring the system design and configuration meet industry standards while addressing local site requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining Master Data required for maintenance activities while planning and executing commissioning activities.
  • Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies for the site deployment, with appropriate escalation of issues when needed.
  • Providing regular status reports and progress updates to key stakeholders including the CoDE team, the Project Manager, and local leadership.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, delivering E2E projects.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Expertise in budgets, risk registers, reporting with proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Office tools, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in IT/digital projects in manufacturing/maintenance environments with basic SQL/reporting skills (Power BI / Tableau).
  • French (spoken/written) and professional English.
