About the role
- Design and build responsive emails using existing templates or by creating new layouts as needed
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative leads, project managers, QA, and developers to refine designs and implement feedback
- Ensure all emails meet accessibility standards and can render correctly across major email clients and devices
- Prepare visual assets for email campaigns maintaining brand consistency and production accuracy
- Use industry best practices to support design decisions and optimize user experience
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting using tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid
Requirements
- Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop and/or Illustrator with Microsoft Office
- Ability to absorb, interpret, and apply brand identities guidelines
- GIF animation skills a plus
- Must be self-motivated, organized
- Should thrive in a collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Financial services industry client experience a plus
- Familiarity with accessible design
- HTML/CSS code skills a plus
