About the role

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide support in other HR areas, such as training and HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for working in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
