About the role
- Responsible for managing and further developing projects in the aerospace sector.
- Act as the central interface between Capgemini Engineering and clients.
- Participate in the continuous optimization of engagement processes.
- Use various methods (e.g., Scrum) to ensure successful aerospace engagements.
- Promote collaboration and communication across teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in engineering, business administration/economics, or a comparable field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in aerospace, project management, project delivery, budget planning, or resource management.
- Deep understanding of delivery models and the ability to adapt or optimize them when required.
- Economical and efficient working style, with conceptual, communicative, and strategic-analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, plus willingness to travel within Germany.
