About the role

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services including AI Agents
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions
  • Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management
  • Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues
  • Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and new features, and implement enhancements as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • Around 10 years of experience in HR processes, including minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management
  • Experience in requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge about Generative AI in the context of ServiceNow platform
  • Ideally proficiency in Now Assist including AI Agents
  • ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification is preferred
