About the role
- Develop, fine-tune and implement AI components that translate natural language intent into executable optimization requests and automate parameter tuning for third-party engines, focusing on LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent development
- Implement LLM integration using standardized prompts and configurations
- Develop functional agents for intent interpretation and request generation
- Create template and strategy selection agents
- Build optimization request builders that generate valid payloads
- Implement pre-flight validation via Policy Agent
- Develop explainability components for AI-driven decisions
- Fine-tune and optimize AI models for specific use cases
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in AI/ML implementation
- Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
- Knowledge of Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Understanding of NLP techniques and conversational AI
- Experience with agent-based architectures preferred
- Knowledge of financial services domain is a plus
