About the role
- Key process owner for processes for new product development and transfer projects according to project schedule.
- Participate in execution of process design, development, and validation activities for medical devices.
- Use process characterization skills and tools to make data driven decisions.
- Create or leverage documents to demonstrate technical rationale for decisions.
- Mentor other engineers and promote a culture of feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related technical field.
- Knowledge in process development (medical catheter processes preferred).
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience required, including previous experience in the medical device industry.
- Six sigma green/yellow belt certification required.
- Fluent in spoken and written business English and Spanish.
