About the role
- Define and execute a combined roadmap for innovation and presales aligned with business objectives.
- Evangelize GenAI and Salesforce capabilities internally and externally; identify high-impact use cases with C-level stakeholders.
- Shape market positioning through industry thought leadership, demos, and executive showcases.
- Lead design and development of GenAI-powered Salesforce solutions, embedding automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
- Own the end-to-end presales lifecycle: discovery, solution design, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client presentations.
- Lead and mentor innovative architects, presales consultants, and technical teams; foster a culture of agility and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 20-25 years of IT experience with proven leadership in innovation and presales.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations).
- Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI/ML concepts.
- Strong solution architecture, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture.
