About the role
- Manage and maintain the existing integration between Ping AIC and Salesforce
- Ensure smooth operation of identity services across all connected applications
- Define authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
- Ensure proper handling of identity data between Ping ID, Salesforce, and downstream systems
- Enforce security best practices for identity management
- Provide technical support for identity-related incidents and escalations
- Monitor and improve CIAM performance, scalability, and reliability
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Customer IAM Integration Engineer, or equivalent
- Experience of GDPR compliance and other relevant data protection regulations
- Authentication and Authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
- APIs (Rest)
- Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (Formerly ForgeRock)
- Integration with CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience in System migrations
- Knowledge of API-Led Connectivity
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration
- Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Ability to work in agile teams
- Self-driven, quality-focused mindset
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
