About the role

  • Define, govern, and oversee mission-critical banking solutions
  • Lead the design of end-to-end solutions across applications, integration, data, and infrastructure layers
  • Translate complex banking business requirements into high-level and detailed solution architectures
  • Ensure solutions are resilient, secure, scalable, and aligned with the bank’s enterprise architecture
  • Act as a key contributor during regulatory reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments
  • Provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in technology delivery, with significant banking exposure
  • 5+ years in Solution Architecture or senior technical leadership roles
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture within the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of core banking systems and banking product domains
  • Experience designing cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architectures in regulated environments
  • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, latency, security)
  • Practical experience working with banking regulations and supervisory expectations
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive architectural decisions
