About the role
- Lead the design, creation, and execution of automated regression packs across SAP processes using Tricentis Tosca.
- Oversee and deliver automated field‑masking tests using Playwright.
- Act as the primary escalation point for resolving complex or blocking technical issues.
- Ensure consistent and high‑quality defect documentation in Jira, and oversee retesting cycles and defect workflows.
- Provide clear progress updates, risk visibility, and quality reporting to team leads during daily stand‑ups and project ceremonies.
- Support, mentor, and upskill junior automation engineers to ensure efficient team output and delivery quality.
- Contribute to automation strategy, standards, and continuous improvement across the test function.
Requirements
- Expertise with Tricentis Tosca ideally expert.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP or large‑scale ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Jira for defect logging, workflow management, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience leading or guiding others within agile, sprint‑based delivery environments.
- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to make confident, informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently while supporting and coaching less experienced team members.
