About the role

  • Delivering of 5+ MRS per month for EPM and 5+ MRS for ERP and 2+ for FDI/FAW with a development lead understanding of all complex changes across all 3 different applications.
  • BSA capabilities that can have functional as well as technical knowledge that can work across different platform/applications.
  • Full knowledge of SCRUM as well as Agile process.
  • CAPA- Functional knowledge on customized CAPA applications, example connect of CA, Budget, sponsor, approval process, sponsor, and budget movements.
  • CAPA function knowledge on integrations and Sync between ERP, EPM.
  • Developer as SME on following finance functional areas - General Ledger, Intercompany, Taxes, Payables, Payments, Cash Management, Projects, Fixed Assets, Receivables, OTL and PPM, integrations.
  • Knowledge on ERP integrations as well finance security Roles.
  • Understanding of Rogers Finance business process.
  • Reports and reports development within oracle this include OTBI/ATP and ESS jobs.

Requirements

  • Oracle ERP Finance Expertise
  • Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Finance modules: General Ledger (GL);
  • Accounts Payable (AP);
  • Cash Management;
  • Order to Cash (O2C);
  • Subledger Accounting;
  • Inventory and Cost Accounting;
  • Fixed Assets;
  • Acquire to Retire (A2R);
  • Project Portfolio Management (CAPA, PPM, OTL);
  • Taxation
  • Oracle FAW/FDI Knowledge
  • Familiarity with: FAW/FDI subject areas;
  • Data augmentations;
  • Single Sign-On (SSO);
  • User setup;
  • PVOs (Predefined View Objects)
  • Integrations with systems like EPM, WMS, ED&A
  • Architecture & Enhancement Planning
  • Ability to identify and evaluate Oracle patch features for business benefit.
  • Provide architectural design recommendations aligned with best practices and business pain points.
  • Reporting & Tool Proficiency
  • Experience with: ESS reports; GitHub; JIRA; ServiceNow
  • Process & Lifecycle Familiarity
  • Knowledge of recurring milestones and processes: Discovery, Design, Development;
  • MR (Maintenance Request) process;
  • Enterprise and Fusion releases;
  • QE and Finsys support
  • Internal Process Alignment
  • Familiarity with Rogers’ internal Jira-based MR documentation process.
  • Ability to collect business requirements and ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices.
