About the role

  • Lead Test Delivery Management across multiple enterprise-level projects and programs
  • Ensure quality and timely execution
  • Manage large, distributed teams of 30–50 members, with effective onshore-offshore coordination
  • Establish and lead test transformation initiatives
  • Define and implement Test Strategy, Planning, and Execution frameworks aligned with Agile and DevOps practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with CxO-level stakeholders for test reporting and strategic updates
  • Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking within the QA organization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in QA Testing and Software Engineering
  • Performed Test manager for a program of at least 10+ testers
  • Proven expertise in Test Delivery Management and leading Testing CoEs
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with CxO-level interactions
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail)
  • SAP testing experience is a strong advantage
